What happens next?

  1. You will receive a written acknowledgement that we have received your complaint, within seven days.
  2. Chris Brooksbank will be notified and will review the relevant files.
  3. You will receive a written response to your complaint within 14 days of receipt.

What if you’re not satisfied?

If this communication does not provide an adequate response to your complaint, you will be invited to attend a meeting – either at our offices or remotely (in line with Covid restrictions at the time).

If you do not wish to attend a meeting, or are unable to do so, we will undertake to carry out any further investigations that you require. We will send an updated response in writing within 14 days.

If at the conclusion of our investigations you are still unhappy with our explanations or suggested resolution, you may refer the complaint to the Insolvency Service via their Gateway scheme as follows:
